Hi
Just downloaded and installed latest version. Opened up ok but existing cameras just show black screen. Creating new view seems to work but I don’t want to have to re-create all views as I have quite a few. Any ideas.?

@HarryMonaghan , welcome to our Forum, I’m very sorry to hear about that. This should of course not happen so if there is a chance, could you perhaps share the project with me that includes the views? I will then share an upload link with you through which you can safely and confidentially upload the files. If that is impossible, please briefly share a screen recording of this problem. Using a smartphone is fine, just so we can also see the steps you’re taking etc.
Also, kindly send us a Feedback report with your log files too. Please also include a link to this thread in the form before sending it.
Could it be a phasing issue (where existing is blocking camera view). Or massing is turned on?
What happens if you duplicate the existing Revit view? Does it render?
Has a view template been applied to your Revit views that could be causing visibility and other settings issues?
Create new views and a number of things happen:
black screen - increase moonlighting to max and get an ok night scene - despite Revit being mid-day
black background with white silhouette building
Fuzzy image with sun in wrong direction - in Revit from North in Enscape from West - note attached
No pre-set templates used
have not had issues until this upgrade to 3.1 - wasting so much time
Can I change the lighting/sun angle in Enscape like with Artlantis?
Will revert to earlier version until this is resolved
Harry
If you create a view and Revit from Enscape it should save the camera angle and the time of day from the Enscape view to the Revit view. Does this happen?
