We are struggling on one of the work laptops to create and export enscape models.
The laptop has 16GB RAM so should be able to cope and it will run .exe models that have been created on other machines. Enscape has previously worked fine through older versions of the model so something clearly has fallen out of place with a software update along the way.
We are exporting from Revit 2022 and have been through the process of updating the graphics card driver and Enscape to the latest versions.
Attached is the end result when Enscape models are exported from the machine in question.
Any assistance/next steps for review would be appreciated.

Right away, more importantly than the amount of RAM itself, which GPU is built into the laptop? Please, just to make sure, also check if your laptop (still) meets our system requirements detailed here.

Last but not least, make sure that the project itself may not be located too far off-center (the default Revit starting location) which is known to cause issue as well. Since the project works fine in Enscape itself though, it’s less likely that this is the culprit.

I’m afraid the NVIDIA Quadro P520 does not have at least 4GB of VRAM (it’s 2GB) so it’s not officially supported by Enscape I’m afraid - Under specific circumstances you may be successful in viewing your scenes temporarily, but we cannot guarantee it, at all.
At this point we highly reccomend upgrading your existing machine, or switching to another more capable one. I’m also sorry if this causes any inconveniences which I may imagine.
