it’s looking nice.
i believe a larger image would be better.
watter seems fine, maybe you could add some tiling to the pool, and some glossiness to the woodfloor.

Nice render good Mood, But I guess that some materials need some work, wood floor, armchairs and metal on structures, I like the pool material. Keep it up and keep posting.
