Overall, not bad.

I think some of the materials appear to saturated…
Need ALOT of work on Grass… Go download the Vray Grass.mat from
http://www.vray-materials.de/ play with the UVW mapping… It will add alot to your images.
I noticed you are using the puddle/asphalt material from that website… needs more work to get it looking right… especially in image 3.
Your sand material needs some help too… maybe play with a noise map and change the colors to a sandy feel.
Id add a diffuse map to your green tree leaves.
Contextually you have done a great job matching the perspective on the aerial in image 4.
Buildings look good but my last comment is at the top of each tower… It looks like a glass parapet… which doesn’t happen…need some type of backup wall…
Some minor tweeks and its looking good!
