Hey @jan1 , sorry to hear about this issue. Is this problem also occurring in our latest release? Here you can briefly check how to update your Enscape. If you’re already using our latest release, could you briefly send over the project file itself, or the face-me objects so that I can troubleshoot this?

well as usually my projects are huge so i will send u only that tree faces and my version is up to date : 2.4.2.2392

Further, what actually happens when you resize the assets in SketchUp, do the changes translate into Enscape as well? If so, also when you increase the height and width? Maybe only the height or width gets translated?
