It’ll probably go through some changes, but I thought I would share. I have a feeling the owner will want me to rotate so you’ll see more of the back, but I think it’ll make for a very flat composition. He is one of those show me as much as you can in one shot kind of guy.

Just some things:
Looks like you forgot to switch in displacement for the roof (or RC is switched off)
Overall the image looks dull, might just be that gloomy sky. Definately needs some more blue in there (the actual map is fine, just the tone of it seems off. The blue currently in the sky needs to “pop” a bit IMO)
Great work on the sloped path and terrain, and steps, those are usually tricky to get right but you nailed it!
I lowered the roof displacement, but maybe too much. I agree about the overall feel. I try to keep most in light, keeping the entrance in the light. I wanted to get light on the pool, too. I’ll have to play around with things. Thanks for the feedback.
