Traditional Iranian cold dessert similar to a sorbet. It consists of thin vermicelli-sized noodles made from starch in a semi-frozen syrup containing sugar and rose water.

I like that you’re not afraid of blown out highlights - or at least nearly white.
Long time I was always trying to avoid them… also when I was doing photography.
Meanwhile I appreciate them in certain areas of images…
