personally I think the grass is too green but I live in australia where all grass is either brown or orange because its dead 
really love the leather and insane furniture detailing
The furniture and accessories have been made earlier. For two days have made only a room, curtains, materials and some fine objects.
Gold - a simple material with yellow reflection, black diffuse and small glossy, IOR - 0.47. A leather - a simple material with a bitmap only in diffuse, medium glossy, IOR - 1.3.
I always use only the most simple materials. 
The geometry of a house was exported from the ArchiCad. Have made only an environment, light and materials.
