hey comunity!
Im mad from corona in good sense, i just tune up a gamma in materials and play with light a bit and resault with secondary GI and without is very close. Corona fantastic. Rendertime x2 faster. Incredible. But as i understand turning off seconadary GI we lost position sencitivity? Any other way to go?
Turning off the secondary solver means you’re not getting any secondary light bounces. See the image below:
On the left: Pt + Hdcache, light bounces several times and also reaches the floor in the shadowed area
On the right: Pt + None, the floor part is completely dark, no bounced light from the walls.
DeadClown its clear. I simulate a bit with additional lights and looks fine for me! Im about reflection flicks which avoided with position sensitivity option when secondary GI is turned on.
