I’m assuming a lot of you use Sketchup for designing builds. Are there any extensions that you find helpful that other people should try?
I like Cutlist for helping make cutting guides, although I find it tedious if I free netflixtech newsandroid 9 don’t design with cutlist in mind from the start of the project.
2DXY SlickMoves is very helpful for moving things around and spacing things properly. This is the only extension I will pay for because these features should be a part of Sketchup anyways.
To start with the basics - everyone should have all of Fredo6’s tools. Joint Push Pull being by far the most essential, plus RoundCorner, FredoScale, CurviLoft, ToolsOnSurface, BezierSpline.
Some other basics: thomthom’s Selection Toys, CleanUp, Material Replacer, UVToolkit, and Edge Tools.
TIG’s Extrude Tools, Mirror, 2D Tools, Pipe Along Path
Didier Bur’s Projections
Some more advanced tools that are great: Vertex Tools, Quadface Tools, SubD, Skatter, Eneroth Fractal Terrain Eroder.
