Seriously…nice fishglass…i really dig the glass look…esp the subtle irregularities…and the environment is damn great…the fish could look a little more friendly tho

…and you’ve been saving it since 1994!!! I have trouble tracking down renders from a few years ago. Nice job on the fish though, as always.

lol. Not only saving it but took the time to get it off the Amiga on a 3.5 floppy and open it up on a PC.
Don’t forget - the Amiga did produce Max Headroom. It’s actually technically impressive as Instinct pointed out. Probably took over a day to render.

Given the Amiga Gallery made me think he most likely didnt only Grab it off his Amiga disks…but instead he just CREATED it…to trick us into thinking he actually DID crap at some time…wich is most likely untrue

Always heart-warming to notice that there are a lot of former Amiga enthousiasts now working with Max / V-Ray.
I used to create commercial games for the Amiga, creating pixel graphics using DPaint. Ahh, those good ol’ days!
if DPaint would support images bigger then 800x600 i´d ditch photoshop right away
Tho i used it on PC…and DPaint animation was AMAZING!

It sure was! If you’d like DPaint on the PC, blazingly fast and supporting any desired resolution, be sure to check out Pro Motion, it’s a perfect DPaint clone plus more:
The only major flaw is that it’s still 8-bit (256 colors). Other than that it’s perfect. If you’re creating pixel graphics it’s the one tool you need.
