(Fixed) [HOU-4219] Vray crash when rendering vdb

Vray crash when rendering vdb using RTX
I’m using vray 22680,houdini 20.0.653,windows
cloud.zip (434 KB)

Hello @elisa_christie , after investigating the issue, we have reached to the conclusion that it stems from the fact that the scale of the Geometry node housing the VDB file was changed, and I have logged this on our end under request number (HOU-4219). In the meantime, a workaround that you can use is to go into the Geometry node and use a Transform node to change the scale of the simulation. - Example

Additionally, you might find the following information useful when working with VDB files in the future. [Using VDB

Hey @elisa_christie ,

The GPU crash should be resolved starting with the nightly builds from Monday, Apr. 15.

Hope that helps!
