Flatlet interior

beautiful images… especially the first two.

the sofa-material is the best ive seen - very realistic! any hints on how you did it?

ah ..the sofa…the credits for the material go here:

sweet! thanks for the link!

shhhhhh!!! :))))))))

I like the blooming effect in the first one; it’s subtle and gives it some life. I know you did this in PS but do you think it’s possible to recreate that in Vray using a different filter?

very good job !!

Ilike shaders and light !

thanks man

devin:
i dont think u could do that straight out of vray…u can either render a specula layer, give it some blur and multiply it over the image in PS
or
if u dont have the spec layer, u can get sort of a similar thing by desaturationg and contrasting the original image and multiplying it over original image in PS…but i guess this option would look really fake

Renderings look Amazing! Great job.

great images!
keep working

Great images and very nicely staged/cluttered

hey… i had another question. Do you use hdri’s in your interiors or are all reflections purely from the interior objects.

also when you said you placed additional lights in the windows on secondary bounce do you mean vray light planes in front of te windows? dont understand what you mean with putting those lights on second bounce.

Hope you can explain.

Greets,

thanks everyone for the nice comments

to Nelis:
sorry, my explanation was probably misleading when i said i put the lights to 2nd bounce, i meant checking “store with irradiance map”, those lights r placed outside of the windows. no hdri was used, all reflections from internal objects…if u want u can put a mapped plane behind the window to simulate trees, clouds, city or whatever to get even more reflections in form the outside
