flickering glossy reflections

hello chaps

I’m having problems with glossy reflections, on the proper object the material is flickering like mad

but on a teapot, its fine…

tried banging the subdivs up to mad amounts but no help :s
the glossy is interpolated and subdivs are on 60 or so, using adaptive QMC 4/1 aa
and default QMC settings

Simon,
Dont use interpolation with glossies and animation.
If you uncheck interpolation it wont flicker :slight_smile:

Yeap… Interpolated Glossy worked great for Stills, but is a bad idea for anim.
