can anybody help to create a foggy effect to walls as shown in revit startup image in v-ray.
Can you post at least a part of that image?

Maybe blend filter?
Or do it in ps for more control: copy layer, put it on top, blur it and decrease opacity. Play with amount of blur and opacity till you get the result you want. This way you can also mask certain areas..
But I think it says in the manual that the filters give a better result because they work on a sub-pixel level.
