Ford "Built To Handle Prints"

The following images are vehicle prints created during the production of the Ford Built To Handle commercial at Hatch Studios Ltd.

They were developed as presentation prints during the final stages of the 3D vehicle modeling & texturing in order to determine if there were any inconsistencies between the CG model and the real car.

Very nice!

although i dont wanna be the guy to crit this, my initial thoughts were that the paint needs some work but i guess thats purely because it isnt reflecting anything other than the white studio background. Ive seen a few car adds recently that look like this which personally i think looks a bit too clean and perfect and actually look CG - as the real car would in a similar environment

I also thought that the images looked a bit grainy, but then looked at the high res versions and realised that you have metallic speckles in your paint - very cool.

There is something about these images that prevents me from going  . It might be too clean, and some metal parts definitely look like plastic.

I have this car…so i love the images.
