Wow, these are very nice! Reminds me of the video game Mafia I, which had a similar setting. Did you model the people yourself, too?

Personally I find the lighting in the first shot is a little odd, having the main car in shadow. And similar with the 2nd shot the car needs pulling out a little more…but good stuff though
