Free trial license appears as expired

I signed my free trial today and can’t use it because it says that it has expired since 10/02/2021. I didn’t even have enscape back then.

Right away, it’s not a problem at all to renew your trial time so you can test Enscape for a full 14 days. But, as we do not process trial resets via the Forum anymore please briefly reach out to our support team and they’ll be happy to assist you.
