Free Trial Version - License Issue

Hi! I just downloaded my free trial for Enscape, however it says the License is invalid. I previously had a Student License for Enscape on the same computer, however that License expired. So before purchasing Enscape, I wanted to use the free trial and see if the newer version works well with my SketchUp 2021. Once I installed Enscape (free trial), and tried opening it on SketchUp, a window appears saying ‘License Invalid’, could someone please assist me with why this issue comes up and how to fix it?

I would really appreciates if some could help me out. Thank you!
