# Freelance/Contract Rendering Artists and Modelers Needed

We’re looking for freelance/contract artists - in particular those familiar with architectural modeling and rendering.  
I’m mostly seeking modelers at the moment although rendering knowledge is always a plus.  
There are additional projects as well (furniture, inventions, other odds and ends), but this makes up the bulk of our work.

If you could please provide the following information:

1) Name  
2) Forum username (if applicable)  
3) Location  
4) General availability  
5) Please let me know if you already have a full or part-time job so I can help schedule projects around this.  
6) Portfolio (this is a must.)  
7) Years of experience.  
8) Software used and skill level (ie. Max, Maya, Vray, Photoshop, etc.)  
9) Rates (per project or hourly rates.)

Not personally as long as models are clean, looks great, and not unnecessarily poly heavy.  
Sometimes I have clients however with specific requests - in particular SU users.
