I am trieng to make an animation where my render should switch from a Vray Toon render to the normal Vray Materials.
Hmm, is that possible and if so, how I can do that ?

Just render it both ways and crossfade it with your video editing app.

I thought maybe it would be possible directly with vray mats.

You could do it with some sort of animated mask in the vraytoon, way more work than in post though.
