Frosted white tranparent plastic?

I’d like a frosted white tranparent plastic for my mask holders… any suggestions?

Set refraction and reflection glossiness at below 1 (of a glass material). If you like to get a light milky effect, add a diffuse layer with white color and set the transparency color at a high value.
