Functionality for Corona to render Gaussian Splats

Note that this refers to import and rendering only, not to creating Gaussian Splats (which should already be possible via making enough renders, then using an existing third party Gaussian Splatting tool to generate it).

Gaussian splats are already available with August 22 preview preview build (https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=45313.msg235216#msg235216) .
