Pretty nice!!
Im not a big fan of the blurred greenery at the front left, but its not too bad.
Interesting RPC chicks ![]()
I would correct the camera correction! ![]()
it’s too correct. the building seems to go apart…
best regards

Yeah, kind of looking tippy on each side. Definetly needs camera correction.
Mmm…you’re right. I’m going to re do it, but not with camera correction. I will move the camera back and zoom in because I am too close to the building to avoid distortion.
updated.
Nice image.
There’s either something wrong with my eye or the image is just too good, cuz I have to admit I don’t know which is the actual model. I’m kinda guessing that it’s prolly the right curvy-side building, only cuz I don’t see no people in it. But maybe the whole building is a model. Darn it… I dunno… you sold me on this one that’s for sure
Ahhggggg Nooooooooooo!!!
I go to lengths to avoid converging verticals just as professional photographers do. It’s probably my training through traditional medium.
Pentool: Everything is modelled, apart from the people and trees.
sorry, but optical it is better like this. it seems more vertical, believe me.
it’s all about good faking. ![]()

nice work Iain
Yeh great image Iain,
I think you can safely say your near the top of the vray learning curve , if not already there ![]()
Cheers

8) Great image - must have been a lot of work!
great image. I agree with maxxer, you need to add some camera correction it will finish it off nicely
Really nice. I’ve only started working with glass a lot since I started working here and it is really a challenge for me. You managed to get the best of both worlds in your glass, the reflection AND transparency, and still have it look convincingly realistic.
Do you actually render your glass with transparency, or do you just do a reflection pass on it and do the blending in Photoshop?
tim
Rendered with transparency and reflection. A little tweaking in PS sometimes, but then everything gets a little tweaking in PS!
I agree with maxxer too but nice image ![]()
go on dibbers, show us the glass material
nice work Iain.
i never did like non-converging verticals, i often add the camera correction modifier, let it ‘guess’ and then halve the amount. the best of both worlds ![]()
