Global Mtl to add some effects to every mtl in scene

Hello there,

Once i needed to add dust, like abandonned place heavy dust in a scene.
CoronaLayered can do this, but we need to add this layered + dust via AO or curvature or falloff mask, and for every material, one by one…

I wonder if you could think about a global “FXmaterial” (like global volume or Mtl override) that would add something to the whole scene. Or maybe let the override Mtl to be driven with a mask, so we could add dust, rust, steam, stains, fingerprints, morning dew, or whatever in a whole scene on to of existing shaders…
Of course with the possibility to preserve some types or include/exclude list, just like Mtl Overrive does…

Thanks for Corona, btw.

In Brazil r/s there was a Pass-through material type, where you would use it in a slot as a stand-in meant to render the original material, and could add other materials to it, essentially allowing an additional material rendered on top (or whatever way you’d set it up) acting as a global material. Really great in this kind of situations, I wished numerous times something similar could be added in Corona. Take my vote!
