Hi there,

This is a conceptual study of a Golf and Marina Resort in Brazil, to attract multimillionaire investors.
Photorealism was not the goal here.

Taking into consideration that 50% model was changed when all was ready to render, this work took me about 4 weeks to complete.

I had some problems covering such a big aerea of grass without any displc. or 3d grass. So i had to go for something much simple and faster to render with a mix of gradient with vertex paint.

Program of the architectural project is quite curious:
-Private jet airoport
-Private jet hangar for 40 planes
-Several 1000m2 houses
-Three hotels
-Marina
-Golf
-Horse school
-Football and tennis fields
etc

Outstanding… The scale of the scene is amazing. Is there animation going on, or just stills… Very good lighting. Also the terrain, is it all 3d ?

The terrain is all 3D except for the bird eye views which were pure photomontage. The 3d terrain model as around 240hectars and 600.000 3d trees, and thousands of bushes.
