gonna get the new google pixel2 and the VR headset next week. Is there any way to set up a kind of realtime VR setup ?

What do you mean by realtime VR ? Feeding information (graphics) like with the Rift?

well, or some kind of realtime streaming, or some easy way to see the stereo cubemaps rendered.
I got holodeck, but it seems to be a little in conflict with daydream.
