Dear all,
I am an interior designer and just starting to use Vray, I need (as in real world photography) a grand angle since my renders are in very confined spaces…
anybody can help me out to set the physical camera to have a grand angle render…
thanxs for all effort to help, gerry
Re: grand angle
If you are just looking for a wide angle - you can set that in sketchup. Select the zoom tool, and in the input window at the bottom right, you can enter in your field of view (default is 30) to something like 45 or 50. The vray camera will use whatever angle you have in sketchup.
Re: grand angle
indeed.
Sketchup → menu Camera ->Field of view
You can use it in degrees (DEG) or minimeters (MM)
Re: grand angle
You can even render a Spherical view. Just place your camera in the centre of the room and render with the proper camera settings. Then using a program like panotoQTVR you can create a 360deg view of the room which could come in handy in your line of work. Just a thought.
