When using the grass-tool as grass or carpet, there’s an offset. It looks like weeds… Is it possible te erase it?

unfortunately that’s not possible at the moment. The grass blade model that is used for rendering is placed everywhere on surfaces with a grass material - including the border. And since it has a certain size itself, it sometimes overlaps with other geometry. We’re aware of that issue and will look into possible solutions in future versions.
One (of course not optimal) workaround would be to geometrically model a border around the grass surface and give it a material without the keyword grass.
