I currently have a PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and I’m looking at ordering a 2nd. I’ve heard the newest cards can pool memory using a bridge. I’d like to confirm that with someone and also that the additional part I need to do that is an “SLI HB Bridge”. Am I on the right track?
RAM sharing currently is available only with NVLINK, which is a feature of Quadro GP100 and Quadro GV100.
SLI does not work for raytracing, it is for games.

Nuts. I guess I read that wrong somewhere. OK, well those Quadro’s are not in my price range at the moment, but I’m getting really nice results with the 1080ti. I’ll just have to be careful with ram
