Here’s some tests I’ve did using Borislov tecnice. It was done with 3ds max 6 without any plugins.

In the botton of this thread you will find a zip file with 3 .max files.

I have something to ask though,

About the first set of images, these were done using particle flow in max 6, right? Execuse me but I didn’t know what Borislov tecnice is actually :wink:

Can we use the same method to produce something a little different, like grass or carpet for example? Maybe even using Ornatrix?

I usually use scatter object type to produce carpets and grass, and it’s pretty good and fast, so anyway, what else can we do other than hair?

Yes, you can do everithing that have things near to hair, fur, etc. In the example of the carpet, I recommend you to use V-Ray displacement system.
