This image was set to Medium quality, and tried reinstalling it. I opened a different file- the issue was not present. Please advice

I reckon you’re using our latest preview? If so, then this is unfortunately a known issue which can occur - You can revert back to preview 14 here though, or simply re-install our latest release.
