I used GPU Hybrid mode for these and I had 12-15 minute render times. They are 4K, with DOF, so I am excited. I have another video card to install, so I am excited to see what the times will be then. I placed V-Ray light planes in the windows, that is it!
I don’t care for the actual spaces, but it is, what it is. The spaces are small, with really small furniture. My goal was to make the spaces look larger than they are.
They have a sickly green tint, might be the white balance or you could do some tonemapping in post to make them feel a bit nicer.
Hmmm… I’m not seeing that. I’ll do some white balancing in PS.
ah i didnt click that the paint might be greenish. these look cleaner though!
I’m just super excited about my 15 minutes render times. I mean, these were easily an hour and a 1/2 without help from the GPU.

Thanks. I haven’t heard back from anyone on their side. They owe me a couple of floor plans for the lobby and common area, but they went silent.
Well, nothing unusual with the clients. As long as they are happy they are silent. At some point, they realize that you need to update the renders, but for yesterday :). Cheers.
