Looks nice mate!!
But the glow on the left wall is too strong IMO and maybe put a thin black board around the displacement map to stick the edges of the carpet down.
Really nice tho, how is it light? vraysun/sky , hdr ??
looks sweet. 
my twopence: as you are immediately drawn to the window and view i would make the background slightly out of focus and add some reflections on the glass.

will fix the carpet daforce. its Vray-sun, skydome with Vray sky mapped.

as for the background, the client wanted to have a look out of the window, because its the nub for selling the flat. so i think i have no chance. :?

The only thing i hate is… well… the background image . The view is not that pretty, and it doesn’t really ‘sell’ that much IMO…

ok, i’ve don’t heard that. its the harbour of hamburg, the place where i’ve been grown up. so the lovely’st place i know! 
yes the glow is post, as daforce said its a bit too much, i’ll fix it.

The render has a strong feeling , not just a render.
The only doubt i have: i am missing the flower shadow on the wall, where the sun rays fall. Maybe wrong of course.

Jonas, ver nice. Something that I think “breaks” the image is the contrast between the strong, sharp CG, and the soft photographic background…
Try to match the two, and you will get a killer rendering.
