If we want to make a second-floor space look more realistic, the standard panoramic backgrounds aren’t great. It never looks like you’re at a height. Does anyone have a tip for a good HDRI? For example, a view from an apartment building or skyscraper.
@enscape: Perhaps it’s an idea to expand the standard options?
What kind of HDRi are you using? That could be the issue…

Equirectangular HDRis:
These are created by stitching together many photographs into a 360-degree panorama, providing detailed lighting and reflection data. They are versatile and can be used for lighting, reflections, and as a background.

Mirror Ball HDRis:
These are easier to create but are typically lower resolution and more distorted. They are suitable for CG lighting and reflections but are often not detailed enough for use as a background image.
There are many website for you to download HDRi or eventually you can easily create your own with today’s 360º cameras like GoPro Max or similar that stitch all the images together. But remember that the ones that work better with Enscape for you to have lightning from the HDRi and a background, are the Equirectangular with less distortion and have the background further away from the camera view point. I also prefer the ones that capture everything 360º and not only the top half of reality. Here are some websites with free downloads for HDRi.

Note that EXR, a more recent format, is not supported and HDR and HDRi are more popular and work very well inside Enscape.
