The hedges from the Enscape library (except for 002) are no longer visible.
How is this possible?

Right away, have you perhaps acquired our Assets to be available offline as detailed here?
If that is the case, does the issue get resolved by turning the Offline function off, and on again? This will trigger an update and should hereby also restore any missing data (like the hedges).
If not, can you please delete the folder %temp%\Enscape\Assets and restart Enscape. You can also find the folder via this path: *C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape\Assets*
Should that make no difference, simply submit a dedicated support report as detailed here which only takes a few clicks and our technical support team will be able to look into this further in detail based on the provided log files especially.
