Hi all, ive found this forum very usefull but i came to a stop in lighting this scene, can some one help me out??
im making a daylight shot and a night one, with FP lights using web data. ive hide some objects like chairs, some sofla and tables to be more readable. On the windows im using some kind of transparent mat because there will be the base for some pictures that will be light by night…
as you can see the lighting has been applied, but there are a lot of errors in your modeling causing light leaks. make sure all the objects is in line and does not have a gap in between them. also your materials setting has a few problem…i used a gray shade since you didnt include the images used in your scene. make sure none of your material has a metal or anistropic shaders. check your mail.. i mailled the file to your account vortexpc@yahoo.com.
i have to admit it that youre doing very well since youre new…but i think youre trying too hard on the materials…ill come up with something new and post it to you later.
but at the mean time…try to make the wood colour to bounce under obj settings..
ok. This scene represents a real space, im just modelling the chairs and tables, and the inside of the balcony.
The meshes “sofla”, “drink machine” and “denon amplif” i got them from the web. they are just for reference, the deal is the tables and chairs and the inside of the balcony.
