i know, it’s work, but for better result, use the free plugin scatter VL. It’s very easy to use and very good effect. (http://www.afterworks.com/SVLFirst.htm)

it´s works?, them i´m doing some hing wrong..any way i will try with this free plugging. thank you very much.
I tried scatterVL, and it states that it can use raytraced shadows, and it seems true, but it can’t use vray shadows.
ok EDIT! I didn’t select vray as the renderer 
So it works!
EDIT2: It’s casting shadows onto other objects now, but it doesn’t cast shadows inside the fog
