You are overriding the “Focal Distance”, be sure that this value is correct. The value should be the distance form the camera to the object that you want to be in focus and should be in inches no matter that you are using any other units.

something else, i can not change the Aperture value.

When you use the physical camera the amount of DOF is controlled by the F-Number and not by the “Aperture”. Lower F-Number produce more DOF, while larger value produce less DOF.
