HGST 12 TB drive... 512e or 4KN question

I need more space so want to get 12TB HGST Ultrastar. There are two versions 512e and 4KN. I’m on windows 10. Are there any problems with 4KN drives? https://www.hgst.com/products/hard-d…ultrastar-he12
