Hidden Line Render

Hello all

An option for a hidden line render would be very very usefull for me. I believe that there is a hidden line render option on the new release of VIZ (2008) but dont know as yet if it will only work through the scanline renderer (we are awaiting delivery of the new release as I speak!!) Anyone know if this will work through vray…unlikely I presume so if thats the case…guys…vlado…how about it…eh…eh…you know it makes sense…

Yeah, VrayToon or VrayEdgesTex. Either should get you what you’re looking for.

Is this within vray or is it a plug-in that works with it?? confused.com!!!

Atmospheric render effect.

I’ve only recently started to use vray so may need someone to hold my hand on this…lol…where would i find the atmospheric render effect.

render->environment->atmosphere->add->vraytoon.
that’s where Max’s atmospherics are.

I have VIZ 2007, any ideas where it would be?

there should be no difference whatsoever in the atmospherics location.
But i never once opened viz 2007 in my life, so you’ll have to keep asking :wink:

Its cool…found it…was just being a bit blonde…lol…thanks for all the info guys. It was in render-> environment-> atmosphere dialog set.
