well it looks like a computer game…was this your intention?
if the poser girls were hotter I’d probably like to be the guy in the 2nd image. 
I agreed about the game looking rendering but I think the fog is the main factor for that…I woudl have a cilindrical tree line around the house and I would take the fog out of the renderings for sure…like plastic, if I would like to be there too but without the mom and the daughter on left deck.
