I like your metal headboard, looks great, good lighting as well.
Floor looks a little dull, like HighPressureLaminate or smoething like that, wich would not work in a Hotel of course..
I really like the ventilation grill in the second image.

I think it looks fantastic. My only crits is that I would like to see some very light IES effects coming from the ceiling lights and hitting the floor. The bed sheet looks a little plasticky - I think it might be the material.

The lights in the ceiling are switch off, the only lights in the scene are a Vraylight in the window in the first image and in the second plus a directional light simulates the sun

I like them both but I prefer the second one with the wood wall in the back.
