You could download V-Ray for Houdini 18 in our nightlies section nightlies.chaosgroup.com .
I dont’s see nightlies for Houdini. only stable build for 17
Then please write to support and they’ll activate those for you.

I’m not sure it’s an attitude, but rather a nightly server issues or smth.
Try relogin to the nighly server, is this won’t help it’s may be better to write back to support so that could figure it out.
