nice render, the geometry of the model looks a little skewed for some reason? It may be the thickness of your gable extensions. They look a bit thin to me, especially for the amount of overhang you have. Are they 2x6? sometimes 2x8 are used because you are nailing to a very steep angles 2x6 truss. Your green small roofs look like they don’t have a thickness either. It is obviously a small house you may want to pull your view around to make it look a little wider. Glass is nice as is the shingles. Good job.

The overall impression of the image is a little bit to cold. Try to get some warmth in your scene by mayby ajusting the sunlight parameters.
Is it possible to have something in the garden like a ball or some kids-toys so it would come to live a little bit more!!
Other than that, looks nice to me!!
