House in Billericay - Living

Hi again everyone!

To complete the interior render set for this project, I am now sharing the images of the living area.
For these renders, I followed the same approach used for the kitchen and dining area, combining wider views with closer details. The aim was to show both the overall layout and the relationship between the built-in furniture, the seating area, the large windows and the garden.
My approach to architectural visualisation is always based on trying to recreate what a photographer would capture in real life. I therefore focus on the main elements of the project, its finishes and the architectural choices that give the space its character.
At the same time, I like the images to suggest something more personal and intimate. I always try to find a balance between telling a story and showing the project accurately, without allowing the people or the smaller details to distract from the architecture. The aim is to create a simple and elegant story around the space.
The goal was not simply to show the living area, but also to suggest how it might feel to spend time there: comfortable, relaxed and closely connected to the garden.

This now completes the main interior render set for the project!
