I could imagine the building placed like that, for example if it’s very long and stretches on top of the hill.
Yes, rocks, grass, soil - you won’t see any of this on such steep hill in RL. Building is plausible, although support beams should be more sturdier and properly connected and proper foundation is needed and… ok, building is probably based on the same cartoon physics too :]
