Both works are nice.
Vegetation looks super real. The texture of the exterior wood planks is also great.
Just have a look at the three big beamy that carry the roof. The wood texture at the end should be heartwood… except you have covered them with an additional board. :)))
The concrete foundation: my eyes don’t fully percept the texture… hmm.
Interior: the planks look a little narrow. On the floor I see more something like chalked Scandinavian planks with a bit of worn look to them 
Overall a solid 3D work. Good job.
