Tranganhhp had so graciously posted his awesome house model a little while back. He had all the same plants as in this scene. You can download the model from the link below and get the plants there.
He used an older version of V-Ray to render his scene, so you might need to manually apply the properties to the plant materials in the new version to get them to render properly.
