Increasingly, I am getting calls for these single house plan renderings. For the most part, they want to set their work apart from their competition, so they want better renderings. I am going to work on the brick. The client saw the brick on another project, on my portfolio, but I see now that it is tiling. The other project had tall bushes, so you didn’t see the tiling; I’ll work on that. Also, my roof got funky, too, so I’ll fix that.
Besided the usual interesting stuff, in this one I particularly like the trees and their textures. The foreground ones are looking really nice! From which collection are those?
Those are from the Evermotion 154 collection. I think the DOF helps on those foreground trees. I am rendering this out again with fixed room and brick.
Whoever placed their stamp on the drawings for that house should have their license revoked…
Yeah, it isn’t that appealing, is it? It’s residential, so you don’t need stamped drawings, just licensed contractors.
